Privacy protection

On behalf of the Happy dog club, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic data on customers / users and data necessary for business and informing users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers a choice including the ability to decide whether or not to delete them from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user / customer data is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need this data to do their job. All employees of the Happy dog club (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy.

In case of change of any personal data (eg place of residence, delivery address) that are recorded during registration, the Buyer is obliged to inform Happy dog club about the change. In case of a change that has not been notified, Happy dog club is not responsible for any defects in terms of ordering or delivery of products.
