Registration

You may or may not need to complete the registration process to use the Hapy dog club online store. If you register, you can save the started orders and subsequently review the sent orders. By registering, we assume that you are interested in providing you with information about discounts and promotions of our loyalty club. If you do not want to receive our messages, you can always inform us by e-mail.

Delivery and payment

You can pay for your online order using your VISA, MasterCard, Maestro payment card, e-banking or cash upon collection. You need to choose the payment method Visa, Master or Maestro. If you want the ordered products, you can pick them up in person at the retail facility, Kalenićeva no. 6 Vracar, Belgrade. Payment can only be made in local currency (RSD).

The customer who uses the online card payment service through our site is obliged to meet the following conditions:

Delivery of products is possible on the territory of Serbia only at the address listed on the user profile. Only the payment card holder can make the payment.

Goods paid by e-banking will be delivered only after the payment becomes visible on the Happy Dog Club statement. When paying, it is necessary to enter the data correctly:
Recipient: Happy dog club, Maksima Gorkog 15, Belgrade
Account number: 170-0050023866000-83 (UniCredit Bank)
Call number: (number of your order received in the confirmation via e-mail)
Purpose of payment: Payment for goods
Amount: (value received in the confirmation by e-mail)

We advise you to always check the physical and numerical condition of the shipment on the spot when picking up the products in the presence of the delivery person, in case of discrepancies make a record together. Happy dog club is not responsible and does not bear the costs if the Buyer has not provided his correct information:
- Name and surname

- e-mail address

Conversion statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinars (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery

Free delivery is for orders over 3000 dinars and a distance of up to 10 km from the center of Belgrade.

390 dinars is the price of delivery for all orders over 10 km from the center of Belgrade and throughout Serbia, if the package does not exceed 5 kg.

-For orders over 5 kg, delivery is charged according to the price list of the Milšped courier service. See price list.

Deliveries in Belgrade are from today to tomorrow, if you order by 1 pm, unless the Buyer has confirmed that he will wait longer for delivery, due to the purchase of items that are not currently in stock.
Deliveries outside Belgrade are two working days from the moment the order is confirmed (exceptionally in a state of emergency). All orders received after 1pm will be processed the next day.
The delivery price will be stated on the collective invoice for payment.

All prices in the online store are expressed in dinars (RSD) with VAT included.

After completing the order, enter your e-mail in order to receive a message about the successfully registered purchase order.

Pick-up at the retail facility

If you have chosen the option to pick up the goods at the selected retail facility, you will be notified by email or SMS when your order is ready to be picked up. Then the Buyer can pay for the ordered goods upon collection, by card or in cash.
